| Character of this product | Pulling the best performance of engine and keep the water temperature. We call the specific heat is to raise 1 Celsius degree for a calorific value of necessary material per 1g. Larger value of specific heat requires a lot of calorific value. In general, the specific heat value for general coolant is 0.85. Instead the specific heat value of pure water is 4.2. This means that to raise 1 Celsius degree of 1 g pure water needs 5 time calorific value than a general coolant. PG55 TA is absorbing the heat from high power engine and prevent the temperature of water. |

Car engine is a device that converts heat into source of power. Pushing down the piston in thermal energy by burning the fuel-air mixture creates the mechanical energy with rotating the crank. To obtain the high power needs the strong combustion but a calorific value will increase along with it. The heat is deprived of RG55 coolant soon and effects for radiation of heat.
The Principal compornents are Propylene glycol and pure water which is used for racing engine coolant.
The specifications are as follows :
- due to high absorbability of heat, the heat from engine will absorb efficiently into coolant.
- also with high release effect of absorbed heat, PG55 RC will pull the efficiency of radiator.
- less performance degradation even repeating absorbing and releasing the heat.
- comparing the other coolant, our deterrent effect works to prevent from a cavitation generates.
RG55 RC has a character not to generate the cavitation so that you can use our product confidentially.
Our recommendation for changing period of PG55 RC is 2 years. You can use it as a genuine coolant and also excellent rust measurement to cooling water and metal part of radiator.
In addition, the propylene glycol is non-toxic liquid at all. So this product creates the awareness of environmental protection too.
The usual LLC chargers are vacuum injector methods like single stage method or 2 stage method before. There were cases which air vent was not complete depending on the pipe structure and radiator.
KEMITEC LLC Charger is adopted the original 2 stage vacuum method and to become
– 0.098MPa vacuum condition. This makes taking air out from waterways inside the engine.
Also the working time is only 3 minutes !! (compared with our facility)
